Hurricane Milton came ashore Wednesday night in Siesta Key near Sarasota, but the more populated Tampa Bay region took a big hit with ripped buildings and flooded communities in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Bradenton

Here’s what the hurricane looked like as it came through the area, and some of the wind and water damage the storm left:
