As of 9:40 a.m. Thursday, 247 stores were closed in Florida. At that time, the map said the Sarasota Supercenter at 8320 Lockwood Ridge Rd was open already as well as the Tarpon Springs Supercenter and the New Port Richey Sam’s Club.

Winn-Dixie: None of the three Bradenton stores answered their phones Thursday morning. One got an old fashioned busy signal. A list of Winn-Dixie stores possibly affected by Milton was being updated on the chain’s website, but hadn’t been updated with reopening times as of 10 a.m. Thursday.
