Brian Flores brought the NFL world to a halt Tuesday when he filed a bombshell lawsuit against the Miami Dolphins and all 32 NFL teams, alleging the league of racial discrimination in its hiring and firing processes.

For the Dolphins, those weren’t even necessarily the most damning claims. For the NFL, it could be the start of a reckoning for a league almost entirely devoid of minorities in its leadership ranks.
