A woman was hospitalized after she was shot early Sunday morning while driving a Maserati on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

At around 3:30 a.m., a woman in a white Maserati was driving northbound on I-95 in the area of Northwest 119th Street when her car was shot over 30 times, striking her several times on her left side, Lt. Alejandro Camacho told the Miami Herald.

Despite her injuries, the victim was able to exit I-95 at Northwest 119th Street, Camacho said. She was later taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center. Her injuries were not life threatening.

According to investigators, the bullets came from a white sedan.

Authorities didn’t release additional information.
