Deals run through March 4 in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Monroe counties.
Publix’s “Taste of Italy” theme this week means some of the better “Buy One, Get One Free” savings will be on select pastas, wines and other Italian cuisine-themed items including:
▪ B.R. Cohn Silver Label Wine Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir, 750-mL bottle — save up to $25.99
▪ Pompeian Imported Olive Oil, 32-oz bottle — save up to $16.38
▪ Armour Meatballs 11 to 25-oz packages — Save up to $7.99

Deals run through March 3.
Winn-Dixie’s Fresco y Más has a “Perfect for Lent” seafood section in this week’s ads, with savings ranging from 31 cents up to $11. Here’s what to expect:
▪ Whole Black Grouper — $4.98 per pound.
▪ Fresh Salmon Fillets — $7.98 per pound.
▪ Fisherman’s Wharf Raw or Cooked Shrimp 16-oz — $8.98 and $9.98 respectively.

If you’re looking for a hot lunch, Sedano’s has some $5.99 combos you might be interested in:
