A malfunction at a railroad crossing is causing delays along a major Doral-area intersection during morning rush hour.
Miami-Dade police are redirecting traffic at the intersection of Northwest 87th Avenue and 12th Street early Tuesday.
The area has a set of railroad tracks crossing through it.
There appears to be some type of “malfunction” regarding the rail crossing, according to Miami-Dade police. The rail-crossing arms were in the down position shortly before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Drivers should seek alternate routes.
