Gordon Ramsay was a Florida man this week. Check out where the chef ate Key lime pie
Gordon Ramsay takes South Florida!
The celebrity chef has apparently stayed on in the area after attending the fabulous Beckham-Peltz wedding in Palm Beach last weekend.
One of the “Kitchen Nightmares” host’s top stops? Benny’s on the Beach on Lake Worth Beach on Friday.
According to the waterside restaurant, located on the Lake Worth Pier, Ramsay dug into a slice of Key lime pie.
Benny’s social media shows a picture of the Scottish TV star with in-house pastry chef Heather Borgarding, a huge smile on her face (the notoriously mean chef also looked pleased). Her homemade creation, piled high with lemon meringue, sits between them.
On her own Insta, Borgarding reposted the snap, writing: “So, My Key Lime Pie is officially F---ing Amazing.”
Miamians can expect to see more Ramsay sightings a little closer to home. He’s opening an outpost of his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant downtown in late 2022.
The sprawling 16,000-square-foot restaurant will cover two floors at Met Square in the upcoming Metropolitan Miami Development. We’re not sure if Key Lime Pie is on the menu, but if it makes him happy, that might not be such a bad idea.
