A property on the real estate market comes with a slew of questions, the main one being “Wait, HOW much?”

A two-bedroom, one-bathroom house in Ontario, Canada has listed for a mind-jarring $11.2 million and while the home’s listing says “it’s a must see,” there are only two photos — one of the home’s exterior, and another of the property line.

The house sits on 5.6 acres and is billed as an “amazing property with redevelopment potential” for “builders and investors,” the listing on Realtor.ca says.

The listing says the land is also close to municipal services and has easy access to highways.

The house also has a living room, family room, dining room and game room.

However, BlogTO.com pointed out that the land comes with some jarring issues of its own.

“Firstly, it’s on a well, cistern and UV water filtration system and septic,” the blog says. “It’s not even hooked up to a sewer system, which is fine but does come with some maintenance that most places going for $11 million don’t have to deal with.”

The blog also pointed out that property is also south of Kirby Waste Transfer Solutions, a waste management plant.

Tiny homes with hefty prices aren’t unheard of in the world of real estate these days.

A 328-square-foot home in Santa Cruz, California sold for $1.025 million while a Massachusetts house dubbed a “glorified shed” listed for $450,000, McClatchy News reported.

But $11.1 million for a 2-bedroom home? Tell us more, please.

McClatchy News has reached out to the listing agent on Dec. 8 for comment and has yet to hear back.
