Months after a 21-year-old Miami man was locked up for sexually abusing a baby girl, an 8-year-old girl, and possessing child sexual-abuse material, police said Friday that another victim has been identified and more charges have been added to his roster.

Osher Pittman was first jailed on May 28, 2025, after an 8-year-old girl told Miami police she was asleep in Pittman’s living room when he assaulted her.

Months later, on Aug. 18, 2025, Miami police detectives received a cyber tip about child exploitation material being uploaded to Discord, a social media and gaming platform. Police searched Pittman’s home on Northwest 19th Terrace with investigators seizing his laptop and cellphone, which contained hundreds of images showing young girls — some as young as 1 — being sexually abused, Pittman’s arrest paperwork reads.

In late September, detectives found videos of Pittman sexually abusing a 2- to 3-month-old girl. The baby’s mother told police she would often leave her child in the care of Pittman’s mother.

On Wednesday, Pittman, who is being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility, was re-arrested after detectives found explicit images of a 4-year-old girl on his phone, according to Pittman’s arrest report. The girl’s mother told detectives she and her daughter would often visit Pittman’s mother at the house and would sometimes stay the night.

Pittman now has additional charges of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 16 and promoting sexual performance by a child.

“Crimes against minors are among the most heinous offenses, and we will continue to dedicate every resource to ensure those responsible are brought to justice, “ Miami Police Chief Manuel Morales said in a statement.
