Yet another sewer main break (and water activity advisory) in Fort Lauderdale

Another Fort Lauderdale sewer main break in the Middle River sent sewage across Bayview Drive near George English Park on Thursday morning.

As the public works employees worked on the sewer main break in the Middle River, which is also near the Galleria Mall, the city issued a precautionary water activity advisory. Folks shouldn’t swim, fish, boat, jet-ski, float, wade or interact with the water in an area bound by Northeast 26th Street on the north; Las Olas Boulevard on the south; North Victoria Park Road on the West; and the Intracoastal Waterway on the East.
