South Florida home prices are still rising, although condo sales have dropped. That’s according to the latest May data from the Miami Association of Realtors.
Here’s a breakdown of costs and sales in South Florida:
What is the median sales price of a single-family home?
Miami-Dade County: $650,000, up from $620,000 in May 2023.
Broward County: s $625,000, up from $585,000 in May 2023.
What is the median sales price of a condo?
Miami-Dade: $425,000, up from $415,000 in May 2023.
Broward: $282,000, up from $270,000 in May 2023.

Miami-Dade: 2,397, down by 0.6% from May 2023
