Telenovela star Ana Karina Manco and her husband have sold their Key Biscayne house for about $4 million, leaving their life in Miami.

Manco and her husband, Vicente Perez, an entrepreneur, sold their 2-story house at 13 Grand Bay Estate Circle in the gated community of the Ritz-Carlton Grand Bay Club to Charlie Saravia, according to closing records. Saravia is a managing director for the Harvard Management Company, an asset management team that oversees Harvard University’s endowment fund.

Manco shot to fame in the 1990s for her roles in a variety of series, including “Por estas calles” and “Amores de fin de siglo.”

The Key Biscayne single-family home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a half bath. The house also has a glass wine cellar in the formal dining room, pool, outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and, in the community, access to amenities at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami.

In May, Compass Realtor and listing agent Liz Hogan said she had four offers after only two days of the house being on the market.

“Interest is off the charts,” Hogan said. “We’re getting multiple offers on most properties. Right now, you have mostly U.S. nationals buying properties. When things open up, I’m hearing a lot of Latin Americans are waiting to come here.”

In Key Biscayne, supply is limited. The community has 139 houses and condos listed for sale, according to the Multiple Listing Service and Hogan. “Normally, we have three to four times that amount of properties in Key Biscayne,” she said.

Manco and Perez bought their former primary residence in 2014 for $3.9 million. Hogan said Manco, Perez and their two kids left the country for business.
