Gianluca Vacchi has many titles in life — Instagram star, DJ, investor and board member of IMA Group, short for Industria Macchine Automatiche. Now he has another — home seller.

Vacchi listed his Miami Beach condo on Wednesday at the 26-story Sunset Harbour South at 1800 Purdy Ave. for $10.9 million. The 7,075-square-foot penthouse has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half bath and three parking spots. The unit has views facing east and west, a 1,600-square-foot rooftop space and a media room.

The listing agent is Dina Goldentayer, executive director of sales at Douglas Elliman.

Despite the pandemic, Goldentayer said she sees a strong ultra-luxury market — listings priced over $10 million. “The ultra-luxury market is the strongest its been in a year,” she said. “Taxes had a lot to do with it but buyers recognize that Miami is more than a tax haven.”

Vacchi purchased the home in 2016 for $7.5 million. He gutted the space and added a minimalist aesthetic since then, Goldentayer said.

“I am targeting renters spending $50,000-plus per month on rent in Miami. Our sales season has been extended since normally these renters would normally go to the Hamptons or Europe during this time,” she said. She expects a buyer from either the northeast or Europe since “they tend to appreciate the minimalist aesthetic.”

The unit is listed at $1,541 per square foot, more than the most recent comparable sale. Louise Sunshine sold her 6,400-square-foot unit at the Grand Venetian in early April for $5.7 million, or $891 per square foot.
