▪ The Irvine-based financial services company CoreLogic will host the free webinar “Strategic agility: in uncertain times: real estate & rental” from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. CoreLogic chief economist Frank Nothaft will discuss predictions of how the coronavirus will effect the residential inventory across North America, lending risks and a worsening economic outlook combined with historically low interest rates and uncertain consumer confidence. ▪ Score Miami-Dade, a national non-profit partnered with the U.S. small business administration, will host the free webinar “How volunteering can help small businesses grow in your community” from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Score Chief Executive Officer Bridget Weston and D.C. district director Ed Coleman will lead the discussion. ▪ RE|source Miami hosts a discussion with five Miami real estate veterans for Lessons from the Past, a panel exploring what we learned from the Great Recession and how those strategies apply to the current crisis.
