Here’s a look inside the Miami home of a former Carnival exec. Its yours for $21.9M
A former Carnival executive listed his Coral Gables home on the market for $21.9 million on Tuesday.
Howard S. Frank, a director for the Edgewater-based wealth management firm Fairholme and a former executive for Carnival Corp., is selling his waterfront home in Gables Estates home at 500 Arvida Parkway. The two-story house measure 15,522-square-feet and has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and three half-baths and 180-foot water frontage with a 100-foot dock lift. Don’t forget the walk-in wine cellar, two wet bars, staff office and of course, a pool.
Judy Zeder, Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen of the Jills Zeder Group are the listing agents.
“It is perfect for the luxury buyer who enjoys entertaining,” said Judy Zeder of The Jills Zeder Group, in a press release.
Frank bought the one-acre site in 2010 for $10.5 million and built the house in 2012. Architects Pacheco and Sergio Artigues and interior designer Santiago Bustamante were involved on the project.
The asking price is $1,411 per square foot, below a comparable listing at 150 Arvida Parkway. That 16,120-square-foot waterfront home, listed in October for $3,000 per square foot, is still on the market.
