Wondering what the newly completed ultra-luxury Armani/Casa tower looks like?
Now we know. Developers Related Group and Dezer Development have release new images of the 56-story, 308-unit condominium in Sunny Isles.
Closings started in early December on the residences, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet and priced from $2.9 to $17 million.
The tower has presold about 270 units or 87 percent of inventory, according to the Real Deal.
The developers hired fashion icon Giorgio Armani, architecture firm Pelli Clarke Pelli and Swiss landscape architecture firm Enzo Enea to design the project.
