This week’s real estate agenda: November sales figures

▪ The Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s South Florida Chapter (NAIOP) will host the Forces Shaping Office Space Demand webinar on Tuesday at 2 p.m. The webinar links economic activity and the demand for office real estate. Hany Guirguis, a professor of economics and finance at Manhattan College, and Timothy Savage, a clinical assistant professor of real estate at New York University, will host the hour-long discussion. The event is free for members.
