That was quick.

Local celebrity couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner want to unload their mansion in the Bay Point gated community. They moved to the six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom waterfront house, once owned by Latin music icon Willy Chirino, only about a year ago.

Asking price: $16.995 million.

Sign of the real estate times: They bought it for $11M.

It’s unclear why the pop star and “Game of Thrones” actress are pulling up stakes. The pair was frequently seen around the neighborhood, checking out the farmer’s market, taking their young daughters for walks and going out on the town. Jonas was becoming such a local, he even went to check out iconic El Carajo gas station/bar for his 33rd birthday celebrations.

If you can afford the plush digs, the waterfront property has a lot of perks — and room to breathe. It spans about half an acre.

Perfect for families, the place has a private dock with direct access to the bay and ocean, chef’s kitchen, a billiard room, outdoor kitchen, a pool for grownups and an additional pool for kids (yes).

Real estate agent Carl Gambino of Compass reportedly has the listing, but he declined comment on Thursday, only to tell the Miami Herald that the house is still on the market.

“The architectural masterpiece... is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations,” reads the property’s description. “With 30 foot high ceilings, walls of stone and a lush tropical entry lobby with floating staircase, this estate is one-of-a-kind. This unique home is truly a private resort and an absolute must see.”
