Chad Ochocinco and ‘Selling Tampa’ star welcome a baby. Her middle name is so Florida
Chad Ochocinco is a new dad in the new year.
The former NFL receiver (who changed his name to match his Cincinnati Bengals jersey number in Spanish, 85) welcomed his first child with fianceé Sharelle Rosado on Sunday in Florida.
Ocho posted a picture in the hospital, masked up, cutting the umbilical cord. The baby girl is named Serenity, with the middle name “Hurricane.” So appropriate for the Sunshine State.
It’s unclear if the 43-year-old Miami native and “Selling Tampa” star, 34, will wed. They’ve been dating since the pandemic lockdowns.
Rosado has three other children from a prior relationship, while Johnson is father to seven children with six women.
The real estate pro recently told Page Six they are not sure where they will raise Serenity as she still lives and works in Tampa; meanwhile, Johnson is a fixture in Fort Lauderdale, where the former Cincinnati Bengal is known for taking jogs around his neighborhood and leaving hefty tips for servers.
Johnson’s last marriage to “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada famously ended in divorce after 41 days. He was arrested for domestic battery back in Davie in August 2012 during a dispute outside their home. Johnson was released by the Miami Dolphins and ordered to serve 12 months’ probation.
