Blame it on COVID: Diddy cancels New Year’s Eve party in Miami for second year in a row

Sean Combs has decided to cancel his annual New Year’s Eve party Friday night in Miami Beach. Because COVID.

The 52-year-old had invited something like 500 guests, TMZ reports, so there are a lot of disappointed people out there looking for another way to ring in 2022.

As numbers of the omicron variant spike in Florida and around the country, Combs may decide to do something more low key.

On his Instagram, Combs made no announcement about the change of plans. His only post is a picture of his late ex Kim Porter.

Last year, the mogul was forced to kill the party, again thanks to COVID. Instead of whooping it up with bottles of CIROC, Combs handed out $50 bills and other gifts to locals outside the House of Wings in Overtown.
