Gronk will come to your house with a box of donuts. Yes, Uber Eats is making it happen
Knock, knock. Who’s there?
Gronk?
That’s it. That’s the joke.
NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski is teaming up with Uber Eats on a new partnership leading up to Super Bowl LIV in Miami Feb. 2.
Translation: There is a possibility he will come to your house and bring you food.
Well, not just any food. Gourmet donuts that the fun loving baller helped create with Miami’s The Salty Donut.
Locals can now order up Gronk’s limited-edition Gronk Box, which consists of four donuts: two traditional glazed, and two Whipped Piña Colada donuts, made with brioche and coconut glaze and topped with salted coconut streusel. Um, yum.
In a video to promote the box at the Wynwood shop, Gronk told co-owner Andy Rodriguez that he wanted to “re-create the tropical theme” of his upcoming Super Bowl bash.
“The party is going to be as beautiful as this donut, baby,” yelled the Patriots legend. ”Let’s go!”
Customers who order the $15 box, available through Jan. 27, will automatically be entered to win prizes including general admission tickets to Rob’s Gronk Beach party on Feb. 1, signed memorabilia, and even a visit from the man himself.
The selfie will be priceless, we can promise you that.
