This story has been updated to include the announcement of Dan + Shay and Snoop Dogg additions to the Guns N’ Roses and Maroon 5 concert nights.

Guns N’ Roses are headlining the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest, alongside a lineup that includes Maroon 5, Dan + Shay and DJ Khaled, organizers announced Thursday.

Guns N’ Roses. With Axl and Slash. And a full Gn’R concert, too, promoters promise.

Suddenly the main event, some football game in Miami Gardens, seems infinitely smaller.

The festival’s schedule:

DJ Khaled and Friends and DaBaby perform on Thursday, Jan. 30, as part of the EA Sports Bowl, the unofficial kickoff “Welcome to Miami Showcase” event.

Guns N’ Roses hit the stage on Friday, Jan. 31. Snoop Dogg is the special guest.

Maroon 5 and Dan + Shay play Saturday, Feb. 1. Contemporary country duo Dan + Shay, with its mega crossover hit with Justin Bieber, “10,000 Hours,” open. The single has spent 14 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Songs chart, making it one of the genre’s biggest hits of the decade, topping Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush” that had a 13-week ride at No. 1 in 2015.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9 through SuperBowlMusicFest.Com or Ticketmaster.com.

The music festival bowed last year at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta during the annual NFL extravaganza. The top acts then included headliner Post Malone along with Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Aerosmith, Ciara, Ludacris and Lil Jon.

Amit Dhawan, co-executive producer of the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest, has big expectations for the second version in Miami.

“We are building on the success of last year and bringing three nights of incredible music acts to Miami. We are also enhancing the production by adding more special effects and including an in-the-round stage setup on Saturday night. We are working on a few more surprises that will be announced at a later date.”

About 41,000 people attended the Atlanta event, Dhawan said.

“Guns N Roses headlines stadiums across the world, Maroon 5 has one of the top songs in the country, and DaBaby is this weekend’s musical guest on “Saturday Night Live.” With regards to logistics, our festival is in an arena with a staff of concert industry professionals that handle shows routinely making the overall event experience more convenient than many other events that take place in makeshift venues or other non-traditional locations,” said Dhawan.

“Music and sports are converging more than ever.”
