Microwaveable vegetable dish recall announced by Publix, then the company

A Delray Beach company made a seven-state food recall after a labeling mistake that can cause life-threatening problems for two groups of food allergy sufferers

Pero Family Farms recalled Zucchini Spiral Pesto Side Dish Kit with run No. 1196272F with a use by date of 03/20/2020. Publix announced the recall on Tuesday. The company and FDA announced the recall on Wednesday.

The label alerts buyers to the presence of the allergens soy and wheat, but not milk or egg.
