Infantino recalled 14,000 of infant carriers for possibly realizing the worst fears about using a carrier that clutches a baby to the adult’s torso.

The exact problem, as stated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission release: “The buckles on the infant carriers can break, posing a fall hazard.”

No customers have told Infantino about this happening yet. Still, Infantino yanked Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic, Flip Front2back and Up Close Newborn carriers sold by Target and Amazon.com in November and December with lot codes Nos. 2018 0719 (all three) or 2018 619 (the Go Forward).
