Northbound Alligator Alley reopened after motor home fire

The northbound lanes of Alligator Alley heading west toward Naples have reopened after a vehicle fire shut them down Wednesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Interstate 75 was closed at mile marker 41 due to a motor home that caught on fire, said FHP Sgt. Mark Wysocky. No injuries have been reported, Wysocky said.

Alligator Alley was also closed on Memorial Day due to a wildfire.
