Braddock baseball standout Daniel Bravo is the Dade High School Athlete of the Week, as voted on by readers in our weekly poll.
Bravo threw a one-hitter in a 2-0 win over Deltona to help the Bulldogs win the Florida League Invitational championship. Bravo, an FIU commit, was named the tournament’s top pitcher.
Braddock is 11-6 on the season.
Miami Sunset baseball’s Angel Santiago, Palmetto baseball’s Ryan Ortega, Westminster Christian softball’s Kaley Dyer and Doral Academy baseball’s Ignacio Salaverria rounded out this week’s participants.
