Jordan McPherson covers the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Panthers (and occasionally the Miami Marlins, his first full-time beat) for the Miami Herald. He attended the University of Florida and covered the Gators athletic program before joining the Herald staff in December 2017. He has also covered the Orange Bowl annually since 2019, the Super Bowl, the College Football Playoff National Championship Game and three Stanley Cup Finals.
