QBs Jake Allen, Tyler Monaco combine to throw three touchdowns in Cardinal Gibbons’ win over Boyd Anderson

Quarterbacks Jake Allen and Tyler Monaco combined to complete 11 of 17 passes for 150 yards and three touchdown passes as the host Chiefs (4-0) remained undefeated, beating Boyd Anderson 44-3.

Leroy Henley had three receptions for 63 yards, including two TD catches for 10 and 21 yards.

Cardinal Gibbons was also dominant defensively, forcing five takeaways — including four interceptions — and had seven quarterback sacks against the Cobras (0-4).

The defense accounted for two of the touchdowns when Hurapha Maybin picked off a pass and returned it 31 yards for a score, and Tavares Moore picked up a fumble and returned it 16 yards.
