‘UFC Presents: The Evolution of Punk - The Ground Up’ on FS1

Former WWE Superstar CM Punk (Phil Brooks) brings his unique skill set to the UFC, and you can see his transition from pro wrestling/sports entertainment to mixed martial arts as the premiere of “UFC Presents: The Evolution of Punk – The Ground Up” is 9:30 p.m. ET / 6:30 p.m. PT Monday, Aug. 15 on FS1.

From day one of his training camp to his home life with his wife, April Brooks (former WWE Diva AJ Lee), “The Evolution of Punk” follows him on his journey to the Octagon.

In the first installment, the former pro wrestler begins his training camp for his UFC debut. Additionally, April becomes concerned when Punk faces unforeseen challenges in his new sport, and he gets a serious test in the form of a wild sparring session at the gym.
