Brain Buster Pro, Fighting Evolution Wrestling, Full Throttle Pro and Ignite Wrestling will run shows during WrestleMania Week in Orlando. FEW Wrasslin’ Party (with several different shows and a Ying Yang Twins concert) is March 30-April 1 at the Downtown Orlando Rec Complex, 363 N. Parramore Ave., 32801. Full Throttle Pro Wrestling and Orlando City Wrestling along with Ignite Wrestling present Downtown Throwdown on Thursday, March 30 at Orlando’s Gilt Nightclub. Brain Buster Pro is Friday, March 31 at the Team Vision Dojo. Ignite is running a show on Saturday, April 1 also at the Team Vision Dojo. None are affiliated with WWE.


Landmark partnership with Impact Wrestling, Mexico’s AAA

IMPACT Wrestling, a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp., announced that it has reached an agreement to establish a landmark alliance with Promociones Antonio Peña S.A. de C.V., the owner of Lucha Libre AAA, Mexico’s preeminent lucha libre organization founded in 1992.

From X Out to America the Beautiful at WWE WrestleMania 33

WWE announced that platinum selling singer, songwriter, producer and entertainer Tinashe will perform “America the Beautiful,” drop kicking off WrestleMania 33 on Sunday, April 2 in front of a sold-out crowd at Camping World Stadium (the Citrus Bowl) in Orlando and live around the world on WWE Network at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.


WWE John Cena to receive CinemaCon award

John Cena will receive the “CinemaCon Action Star of the Year Award,” it was recently announced by Mitch Neuhauser, managing director of CinemaCon. CinemaCon, the official convention of The National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), is March 27-30 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The Queen Stephanie McMahon was the surprise guest on UpUpDownDown, following the big million mark announcment.
