ROH champ Jay Lethal throws out first pitch at Tampa Rays game
Ring of Honor champ Jay Lethal, a Tampa resident, threw out the ceremonial first pitch on Wednesday, July 6 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, prior to MLB’s Tampa Bay Rays hosting the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Lethal, who has held the Ring of Honor belt for 381 days, successfully defended his title in the main event against Jay Briscoe at the recent “Best in the World” Pay-Per-View and the following night against Kyle O’Reilly.
Lethal’s next title defense will be against Colt Cabana on Saturday, July 16 in Philadelphia.
