Superstars of Wrestling in West Palm Beach with TNA Bound for Glory main eventers Ethan Carter III, Matt Hardy
Through the blood, sweat and tears of his wrestling journey, Matt Hardy not only had the pleasure of winning the TNA World title on Sunday, Oct. 4 before the hometown crowd, but he did it with his blood in attendance.
Matt Hardy bested Ethan Carter III and Drew Galloway in the main event of the TNA Bound for Glory pay-per-view at the Cabarrus Arena in Concord, N.C. It marked the biggest singles championship title victory for the seasoned wrestler.
Matt’s brother, Jeff, the special guest referee, made the count, and then Jeff joined in the post-match celebration in the ring for his older brother, the new world champ. The happy gathering also included their dad, Gilbert, and Matt’s wife, Rebecca ‘Reby Sky’ Reyes, along with Matt and Reby’s 3-month-old son, Maxel.
Injunction or not. Who knows what will occur when Matt Hardy and Ethan Carter III are in the same building for the first time, since Bound for Glory. Find out on Friday, Oct. 9 at Superstars of Wrestling.
