WWE’s Bubba Ray, D-Von Dudley teaching all facets of pro wrestling at Team 3D Academy in Central Florida
The Team 3D Academy of Professional Wrestling and Sports Entertainment is developing talent who have a body and mind for the business.
Bubba Ray and D-Von, The Dudley Boyz/Team 3D, run the Team 3D Academy in Kissimmee, near Orlando. It is already a well-respected establishment in the industry.
Prior to Bubba Ray’s surprise return to WWE on Monday Night Raw, the night after SummerSlam, on Aug. 24 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, I had a sit-down interview with the talented and business savvy talent a few weeks ago in Orlando.

Central Florida has become a hot bed for developmental talent and pro wrestling/sports entertainment with the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Full Sail University in neighboring Winter Park and TNA TV tapings at Universal Studios Orlando.
The Dudley Boys, also known as Team 3D in TNA, are 23-time World tag team champions, holding championships in every major organization in North America, including WWE, TNA, ECW, WCW, NWA as well as Japan. They are the most decorated team in the history of professional wrestling.
They know the business inside and out. You will not only learn how to wrestle in the ring but also how to deal with wrestling outside it.

Opened in May 2007, The Team 3D Academy prides itself on having trained some of the best young talent in professional wrestling with students signed to WWE Developmental contracts, TNA, Ring of Honor, and Zero-1 Japan. Wrestlers include Leva Bates (Blue Pants), Chris Melendez, Rob Terry, Jesse Neal, Andrea (Betsy Ruth, Rosie Lottalove).
The academy also includes a top-notch personal fitness trainer, Dan Carr, and an established physician, Dr. Stephen Gelovich, MD. Carr, the creator of the “American Gladiator” TV series, offers more than 40 years of experience in strength training, weightlifting and boxing. Dr. Gelovich, a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, has been a physician in the Florida area for 12 years.
