Tyler Breeze talks WWE NXT debuting in Miami on Channel Guide
As NXT rolls into South Florida, pro wrestling writer Scott Fishman had a chance to interview colorful NXT superstar Tyler Breeze for Channel Guide.
‘Prince Pretty’ talks about the evolution of his character, the success of the NXT brand and more.
The Canadian is especially looking forward to touring the lower half of the Sunshine State (Miami and West Palm Beach).
“We do our Florida shows, and they are always so great,” Breeze added. “Now we have started to branch out. We did the show in San Jose, been to Philadelphia and did Albany, Cleveland Columbus. Everywhere we’ve been has been cool. The crowds have the same feel to it. It’s like this underground movement. There is a difference to what you normally see. They are loud from the start of the night until the end. They know everybody’s music, catchphrases and moves. They are the best crowds I’ve worked in front of. I just love being in the spot and getting the opportunities that I’m getting working in front of these audiences.
"We have a special coming to Brooklyn. The people there are so excited. They get to watch the NXT special followed by SummerSlam. The same atmosphere is going to be in Florida. We haven’t been to Miami before like this. Fans are ready and amped up for it...I believe FCW did some shows at the Miami-Dade Fair two or three years. It was fun every time we went down here. We had a blast. It will be 100 percent different now as Tyler Breeze.”
