Audio interview with Killer Kelly, a solid addition to the talented Knockouts Division of Impact Wrestling.

Kelly discusses Impact Wrestling, Portugal, family, wXw Germany, college, ring gear, horror films and more.

Kelly, 30, who was born and raised in Portugal, began wrestling as a teenager in her native land. With a very limited amount of pro wrestling in Portugal, she ventured to Germany, learning from and wrestling for Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), where she competed with Toni Storm, Veda Scott and Lufisto to name a few.

Kelly earned a college degree in editorial design, working in Germany for a fashion type magazine, while her main focus centered on professional wrestling.

Impact Wrestling alum Taylor Wilde inspired Kelly’s first ring gear. Wilde and Sarita were the first Impact Wrestling Knockouts tag team champions.

Kelly grew up an avid swimmer, doing quite well. She also competed in gymnastics and tennis, but professional wrestling became her passion and her goal.

In November 2020 at Turning Point, Impact Wrestling confirmed that Kelly would make her debut on Impact by participating in a tournament to crown the new Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions. She teamed with Renee Michelle.

There she caught the eye of the great Gail Kim, now a producer for Impact Wrestling. As a young fan, Kelly idolized Kim.

Kelly made her official Impact Wrestling debut on Nov. 24th episode of Impact! on AXS TV where she faced Kimber Lee. On the Dec. 1st episode of Impact!, Kelly and Michelle were defeated by Jazz and Jordynne Grace during the first round of the Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament.

Prior, she spent some time with WWE, participating in the 2018 NXT United Kingdom Championship Tournament, the 2018 Mae Young Classic and NXT UK.

On the July 7, 2022, episode of Impact!, a vignette of Kelly aired, signaling her return, and now she is officially part of the roster.
