ATT features 6 fighters (including Johnny Eblen, Cody Law, Danny Sabatello) at Bellator 282

Video interview at American Top Team with undefeated MMA fighter Johnny Eblen, who battles Bellator Middleweight Champ Gegard Mousasi (49-7-2) for the title in the main event of Bellator 282 on Friday, June 24, 2022 on Showtime from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Eblen wrestled collegiately at the University of Missouri. He moved to South Florida to work in paving (Atlantic Southern Paving) and coach wrestling at American Heritage High School in Delray Beach. While there, he happened to meet ATT Coach Steve Mocco, a well-known and accomplished amateur wrestler. After working out with Eblen impromptu, Mocco invited him to ATT. Eblen accepted the invitation, and the rest is history.

Video interview with “The Italian Gangster” Danny Sabatello at American Top Team in (South Florida) Coconut Creek.

Sabatello (12-1) fights Leandro Higo (21-5) in a Bantamweight Grand Prix Tournament Quarterfinal in the co-main event of Bellator 282 on Friday, June 24, 2022 on Showtime from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Originally from Chicago, Sabatello wrestled for NCAA Division I Purdue University. He is a former Titan FC MMA champ. In his most recent fight, he beat Jornel Lugo at Bellator 278 to qualify for the Grand Prix tournament. Sabatello and Eblen began training at ATT around the same time, and now they are competing in the top two fights on the Bellator card.

Video interview with undefeated fighter Cody Law at American Top Team on Thursday, June 2, 2022 in (South Florida) Coconut Creek. Law (6-0) fights James Gonzalez (8-5) in the prelims of Bellator 282 on Friday, June 24, 2022 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut,

That’s where Law encountered his first pro fight.

UFC standout Dustin Poirier is helping ready Law for this fight on June 24. The hard-working Poirier eyes much potential in Law, noting he can be a champion. When Law made his Bellator debut at Bellator 250, Eblen and Sabah Homasi were also on the card, and all three won. That event was at the Mohegan Sun Arena, too.

Like Law, Homasi is fighting on the prelims of Bellator 282.
