AEW Dynamite on TNT is making its South Florida debut. The Young Bucks talk that and more

The Young Bucks (brothers Matt and Nick Jackson) proved tag team wrestling -- by tag team wrestlers -- is still credible, meaningful and fan appealing.

They formed a tag team to start their pro wrestling journey in 2004 as teenagers and remained a tag team, battling in high-profile matches at high-profile events and delivering action-packed excitement, gaining a very strong allegiance of fans.

California living and California dreaming, these native California combatants became international superstars because of their in-ring abilities, chemistry, high-flying moves, psychology, elaborate color coordinated ring gear and cool nature.

Tag team wrestling is fashionable thanks to The Young Bucks.

Here is Part 1 of my audio interview with The Young Bucks as they discuss AEW, suits & ties, Miami, Jericho Cruise, tag teams, their legacy and more.

Think about stellar tag teams of recent past. The Hardys, Edge and Christian, the Dudley Boyz. Well, The Young Bucks continue the legacy, carrying the torch while rejuvenating tag team wrestling wherever they go.

How cool when the brothers Jackson faced the brothers Hardy -- Young Bucks vs. Hardy Boyz - in a dream bout, ladder match style, at Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor in April 2017 in Lakeland, Florida. Somewhat similar with the family relationship, the backyard type wrestling story and the formation of their own wrestling group at a young age, that made for an epic moment/match for them and fans.

Literally and figuratively, The Young Bucks helped save tag team wrestling while inspiring other tag teams, and now they are helping elevate that type of competition with their work in the ring and backstage via All Elite Wrestling.

True tag teams like So Cal Uncensored (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky), Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix) and Santana and Ortiz join The Young Bucks as part of a solid tag team division on the AEW roster.

And that’s not the only impact The Young Bucks have made in pro wrestling circles. Because of their own branding/marketing prowess, they’ve opened the door for indie wrestlers to make money through a consistent and creative social media presence, which grows a fan base and thus ignites bookings, T-shirt sales and more.

In Part 2 of my audio interview with The Young Bucks, they discuss social media, Bullet Club, influencing others, family, Brandon Cutler and more.

Here’s your chance to see the Young Bucks with the talented AEW roster in South Florida.
