Game time, broadcast info announced for Miami Hurricanes home game vs. Syracuse
The Miami Hurricanes’ final stretch of home games for the regular season will start with an afternoon matchup against the Syracuse Orange.
The game between the Hurricanes and Orange on Nov. 8 at Hard Rock Stadium will kick off at 3:30 p.m., the ACC announced Monday. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
The Hurricanes are 16-8 all-time against Syracuse, including nine of 12 home meetings. UM lost 42-38 to Syracuse on the road in the regular-season finale last year, a defeat that kept the Hurricanes out of both the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Game ad the 12-team College Football Playoff.
The game between the Hurricanes and Orange next week will be the seventh of eight home games for UM. Miami will have one more home games in November: Nov. 15 against N.C. State. The Hurricanes only have four total road games this season. They won 28-22 at Florida State on Oct. 5, travel to play SMU on Saturday and end the season with back-to-back road contests at Virginia Tech on Nov. 22 and Pittsburgh on Nov. 29.
Miami is 5-1 at home so far this season, with wins over Notre Dame, Bethune-Cookman, USF, Florida and Stanford as well as a loss to Louisville.
