Two new Zika cases bring Florida count to 122

The state’s Zika case count reached 122 on Thursday after two more cases were diagnosed, according to the daily Florida Department of Health.

One case is in Broward, which now has 17 not involving pregnant women, second in the state to Miami-Dade’s 45.

The other involved a pregnant woman, the ninth such case. Those cases aren’t separated by county.

Of the state’s 122 cases, four still show symptoms, the Department of Health says.

According to the department, all of the state’s cases are travel-related.
