A woman turned a $10 scratch-off ticket from a Circle K gas station in Florida into a life-changing prize — with a lot more zeros.

The Tampa Bay lottery player won a $2 million jackpot in the Silver Streak game, the Florida Lottery announced April 24.

Eileen Zilvetti of Pinellas County bought her ticket at a local convenience store in Palm Harbor and beat the 1-in-3,603,930 odds to win one of four top prizes, lottery officials said.

She claimed her winnings in Tampa as a one-time payout of $1,195,000, according to the Florida Lottery. The Circle K also received $4,000 for selling the lucky scratch-off.

Records show only one top prize remains in the game, which debuted in September.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.
