A big mess was left on Tuesday afternoon at the Liquor Depot in Spring Hill, in Central Florida, after a driver smashed his truck through the front window.

A Facebook post from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office shows the aftermath. You can see the back of the gray Chevrolet truck, the body all the way into the shop by the once fully stocked shelves.

Broken bottles and boxes were spread across the floor, surrounded by puddles of various spilled alcoholic beverages.

A man who answered the phone at the Liquor Depot on Wednesday said the store would be closed for a few days for cleanup. The Hernando County Building Department was notified to check for structural damage.

The driver, who reportedly lost control at the wheel, was taken to a nearby hospital for observation, but his condition was unknown Friday.
