Even though a particular townhouse in Washington, D.C., has yet to grace the real estate market, the residence is already making waves thanks to its extremely creative listing.

Sure, the features of the home are spectacular all on their own, but thanks to some cool thinking and craftsmanship, attention has been drawn to the $1.2 million listing. The likeness of the rooms throughout the home, along with its exterior, has been captured in miniature with Legos.

The photos feature the kitchen area, a bedroom, bathroom and more, all of which have Lego versions of them.

The home caught the attention of Zillow Gone Wild, a famous Facebook page that highlights unique houses on the market all across the country, and people adored the creativity and hard work that went into the listing.

“I spent more time looking at these photos to see how the Lego model looks vs the actual photo and going back and forth,” one person said. “Whoever came up with this, did a great job at catching my attention more than usual.”

“We’re a Lego family & this is so cute! I wish I had that gene that made me able to do this. Might just need to put my son on it instead,” another chimed in.
