A Florida Lottery jackpot ticket worth $49,000 came from a Miami Beach Publix
Of Monday’s Cash 4 Life, Powerball and Fantasy 5 drawings, only one paid a jackpot winner, according to the Florida Lottery. And that winner played at a Miami Beach Publix.
A Quick Pick ticket with 13, 16, 28, 31 and 33 from the 6876 Collins Ave. won the Fantasy 5 midday draw jackpot of $49,227.07.

This ticket, like all tickets from $600 to $1 million, can be redeemed at any Florida Lottery district office. The one in Miami-Dade is at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes, open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and can be reached at 305-364-3080 and MIARC@flalottery.com. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
