A pair of shootings in Miami, as of now connected only by geography, killed two men and have police looking for a black Honda Civic.

Both tragedies happened Tuesday in Miami’s Little Haiti area, about a mile apart.

Miami police link the Honda Civic to the first shooting, around 5:30 p.m. at Northwest 54th Street and Fifth Avenue, near Bawa Food Market. Police didn’t release the name of the victim, but WPLG-Channel 10 reported his name as Garry Laguerre, an 18-year-old.

The Honda should have bullet holes, police said.

At 11:09 p.m., police arrived at 123 NE 59th St. to find two men in the street and unconscious. One was dead. The other was taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition. No names or suspect information have been released yet.
