Girl shot overnight in Liberty City, police say, but they didn’t find her immediately
A girl was shot at a Liberty City apartment building in Monday’s first hours, Miami-Dade police say.
Officers following a ShotSpotter alert got to 2020 NW 63rd St., the Lincoln-Fields Apartments, at 1:03 a.m. only to find the victim had been driven to North Shore Hospital. The juvenile girl had been shot in the shoulder.
