No BOGO — a woman got a steal-two, pay-for-none deal on 65-inch TVs at Walmart, BSO says

A North Lauderdale Walmart’s surveillance video caught a woman carting out massive televisions — twice — without bothering with the payment step, Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

The first theft, of what BSO said was a 65-inch television, happened on March 18. The woman put that television in a red Honda with Florida license plate NKX V32. The second, of what appears to be the same-sized television, happened on March 27. The transportation on that day was a white, four-door car that might be a Hyundai.

Each television was valued at $400. If the same woman did both, she’s a morning person, pulling the thefts at 8:45 a.m. and shortly before 10 a.m., respectively.

Anyone with information on her identity can call BSO North Lauderdale Detective Justin Panza at 954-720-2250; or, for those prizing anonymity, Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477) or the Broward Crime Stoppers website.
