Man shot to death in luxury high-rise condo identified as jewelry designer

The man fatally shot in a Biscayne Bay high-rise condominium was a New Jersey-raised custom jewelry designer.

Miami police identified the man killed Friday at the Blue on the Bay condominium, 601 NE 36th St., as 34-year-old Marley Jackson.
