Missing Broward 14-year-old who sent a scary text message has been found in Miami-Dade
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON UPDATE: Pembroke Pines police say Aariyana Flewellen was found in Miami Gardens and is safe.
Pines police say after arguing with her mother Tuesday night, 14-year-old Aariyana Flewellen left their home before 10 p.m. Then her father in Georgia received a text message from his daughter saying she was going to take her own life.
Pines police reached out to the public overnight to ask for help finding Aariyana.
She left her home in the 8400 block of Southwest Fifth Street around 10 p.m. Monday.
