Man who bought $5 Lottery scratch-off ticket at Fort Lauderdale Winn-Dixie wins a million

Buying a $5 scratch-off ticket paid off for one Fort Lauderdale man.

That’s because Remberto Recinos, 48, won the top prize of $1 million from the Monopoly Bonus Spectacular, the Florida Lottery announced Monday.
