Size: 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, according to the Miami-Dade property appraiser. The house has 6 bathrooms, according to a Zillow listing. Living space is 5,772 square feet.
Value: The property appraiser has assessed the property at $5.5 million.
Amenities: A pool and tennis court have been there since the 1985 construction on the 43,560-square-foot property in unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
Purchase: The house was sold for $6.6 million in 2023 to Land Trust Agreement 4875, with Jay Solowsky, a lawyer for Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte, as trustee. Erik and Nikki Spoelstra moved into a Coral Gables house on Grenada in 2018, which was bought through Estella Trust Agreement. They announced their divorce in November 2023. The house that caught fire Thursday was bought on Dec. 12, 2023. Nikki is still in the house on Grenada.
Location: Unincorporated Miami-Dade near Coral Gables, on the corner of Davis Road and Ponce de Leon, just west of Old Cutler Road.
